Does anyone have an experiment with the Intercom product and know if it is possible to transfer tickets automatically from the messenger to Jira HelPedsk? And Also to all allow an agent's correspondence with the customer from the ticket in Jira to Messenger?

I am the creator of the existing Intercom integration with Jira. Unfortunately, it does not cover this particular use case but we have plans to work on a Jira Service Management (JSM, previously Jira Service Desk) specific solution that may be able to cover this scenario.
