We have an Insight field that no longer returns results when typing on it.
But it shows results when accessing to the values with the magnifying glass or when opening the drop down. It is just typing that doesn't work.
Problem is that this field contains thousands of values so smart search is key to use it.
Where could we start looking to know why typing always returns "No Matches" even though there are matches indeed?

You may have already figured this out but this will also be for anybody else who experiences this issue.
The search works based off of the attribute that is selected in the 'Filter objects with attributes' field in the Insight Configuration. I experienced the same issue you described above where any text input into the field would result with nothing being shown even though there are options with that exact text. The problem was that the field was using an attribute that didn't belong to the Object I was searching. It sounded correct but after double checking the schema, I realized that I needed to use the 'Label' attribute which corresponds to the 'Name' in the Object. Hopefully that helps!
