Insight Discovery Issue

Hi, I have just installed the Insight Discovery Database version on my Jira service management, but there is no Insight in the top navigation bar.

only one link existed that show me download the discovery zip file

actually, I want an app o plugin to store all credentials of customers, like iTop, there is an option on service management?

Have you checked in log file and which jira version are you ?

no, I did not check the log file, Jira version 8.20.2

how can I check that large log file for that?

please attach log file in path "<jira-application>/bin/atlassian-jira.log" let see what happen in your jira

looks like your insight not match with your jira version. here i had found in your log

Can you help me to find the correct plugin or app for my purpose?

I want to store credentials of all my customer's server, for example, they have 2 Linux server, I want to store ssh user pass, web user pass and ... for each customer

another question, you send me a link for the insight asset manager, its different from insight discovery? or the same?
