Is there a way within the Insight Automation to Add and Remove values on an attribute of the Select Type?

e.g.

Two Automations -

If Condition is true Add 'Hosted' value

Else if Condition is false Remove 'Hosted' value

If Condition is true Add 'Managed' value

Else if Condition is false Remove 'Managed' value

Hi @David Harkins

Yes ( For Jira Service Management Only )

Navigate to JSM Project to create the Automation and you will be able to find the Insights related Conditions / Actions or Global Automation in JSM enabled Instance

You should have Project Admin Permission to create / edit Project Automation Rules

You should have Jira Admin Permission to create / edit Global Automation Rules

@Pramodh M

That is not the Insight Automation I was referring to.

For my particular use case, it s doesn't involve the creation or editing of issues.  its more for the creation and editing of the insight objects themselves.

Also using Data Centre.
