Insert some webitem inside People section

Hi there! Can anyone help me.

I have some problem with adding web-item by using scriptrunner web fragment.

So the case is:

1 - I need to add some <div> inside 

 atl.jira.view.issue.right.context and there we have 

com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:peoplemodule

But got only new panel:

But i dont need the new additional panel. I just need an additional web item inside People panel.

The documentation is so poor about this. May be some one already faced with something like this.
