I have a question about password reset.
I forgot the password, so I tried to change it through the QCM site, but I got the answer as below.

Password reset is not available for the user name.
Contact your Jira Service Management administrator to enable password reset. -
My ID using QCM is

Password not found.
Please check.

Is this server using single sign-on? If so, you may have to use your SSO password or reset that password.
