We have a problem with a customer portal on Jira v8.14.0
Jira service management works properly, last change was a creating a custom field on a one of projects. After this change a system showed a warning about the need for full reindexing.
How we can solve this problem?

UPD: I logged in from the local jira directory account, this problem is not observed.

UPD 2: we found the error: Reason: jira.healthcheck.directory.ldap.authentication.error.57 (Error 49, data 57).
