Hi Everyone,
I need a help to troubleshooting IMAP's Settings, when i set the necessary configs no one email / message is created on /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/import/mail/, that is, no one ticket is created.
Follow the configurations.
Protocol: SECURE_IMAP
Name Server: imap.gmail.com
IMAP Port: 993
username: check_mk_alerts@catho.com
I make progress, but a new error appears.
The user check_mk doesn't have permissions to create a ticket on jira service desk instance.
The user has been created with 2 permissions jira-servicedesk-user and jiraservicedesk-administrator.
