Incidents vs Alerts: How do you use them together?


Hey folks! I'm a PM on the Incident Management team for Jira Service Management Cloud working on improving the connection between creating incidents and alerts.

Would love to learn more about how your teams currently manage incidents in relation to alerts today.

Do you currently create Opsgenie incidents from alerts, or do you ever use or link alerts when swarming an existing incident? How does your team define best practice here?
