IMP- How to maintain record of important issues and repeated issues and how to shared thisTo allUSER

Hi All,

It seems that users are reporting the same issues so we want to add one feature to our JIRA SD as Evry issue with the solution are stored in somewhere which can accessible to all User.

Points as below. 

1- Once the status of request change to "DONE" then it will automatically fetch and store on somewhere/platform.it is like DOC where all request with the solution will be available.

2- This platform must be accessible, viewable and editable to all customer of the JIRA SD.3-\

Please provide me the solution to this.

I think the best option is a well-maintained Knowledge base in Confluence, linked to the Service Desk.  This will suggest relevant Confluence pages in the KB to the user as they start to raise their service requests. 

You will need to do some Scripting or coding to do the "once changed to Done, store on platform", but I'm not sure that it's that useful apart from people can see where the information for the KB article came from.
