I want to send email the members of Organization

Hi,

Is there any way I can email the members who are in Customers ( Organization )? I can't find the option in Automation Rule, nor do I want to procure a licence for that.

Hi @Muhammad Moazzam Hassan ,

You should be able to create an automation rule as below.

Selecting All customers involved from the To field will trigger the email to be sent to the reporter, request participants, customers whose organization has been added to the issue, and customers who have subscribed to issue notification

I have tested that, the reporter is getting email only.

In that case please raise a support ticket with Atlassian if you have verified everything from your end.
