I want to create BU reports i.e projects in jira should show up in jsm.

I want to create BU reports i.e projects in jira should show up in jsm. In jsm I should create reports stating which BUs have created how many issues. How many UATs were signed off kind of thing. Is it possible to do like this.

Reporting outside the reporting-specific reporting tools inside projects is mostly based on filtering.  Filters don't care what the project type is, you can build and save filters that list any range of issues you want, and then use those filters in reports and gadgets.

So for your cross-application reporting, you can do simple filters like "Project in (My-JSM-project, My-Software-project, My-JWM-project"
