I need help with notification to join portal

Hello,

I'm new in the community.

I'm responsible for the development of in house solutions in belgium. And I'm evaluating JIRA Service Management. So, I just start with the free licence.

It was easy to configure a first project and the portal. Now, I try to send notification to join the portal. I give the e-mail adresses of our end users, a notification is sent but the link doesn't work. The portal displays the message "like expired"

I don't know what is my mistake, Is some one can help me?

could you please confirm this is still an issue? Perhaps it was just some kind of temporary trouble back then when you asked.
