I have given access to user and created ticket on behalf of him but user not able to view the ticket, for him its throwing an error called This Issue cant be viewed!
Hi @[deleted] I checked permission scheme where agents can browse the project and ticket ques as well, but still one particular agent is not able to view the ticket ques.
Hi @[deleted] I found it from Permission helper as you told.
Its helped me and I could find the reason/issue, It was due to two accounts with same user name(Duplication).
I migrated that account to Atlassian now its fixed, he is able to view dashboard and ticket queues.
