I-doit Integration for Jira Service Desk

Hello everybody,

I successfully use I-doit as a CMDB in my company. JIRA has just been introduced as the ticket system. I would like to create a link between Jira and I-doit so that I can use the configuration items from I-doit and vice versa to link the tickets from Jira in I-doit.

Is there a possibility here, does someone have a similar configuration in use?

Thank you very much and greetings
Oliver

There are numerous ways to integrate Jira with other products without purchasing any marketplace apps, ranging from simplest to most complex:

  • Emailed requests
  • Project automations (rate limits apply)
  • Notification schemes
  • Incoming mail handlers
  • Webhooks
  • Listeners
  • Workflow postfunctions
  • Custom issue events
  • Your own Java plugins

Each method is documented throughout confluence.atlassian.com, developer.atlassian.com and docs.atlassian.com. Welcome!
