I can't find in custom fields a field that exists in JSM form (server)

I can't find in custom fields the field "Type of document" that is available in the portal and with options. Also it's not possible to remove... It's very confusing

Hi @Mariana Silveira Sales ,

You'll want to check two places:

1. The screen use for the issue type has that field.

2. Check field configuration if it is a required field. This is probably why you can't remove it.

If you go to your project configuration field and search that field, click on optional. Then go back to your request form and make it optional a well. This should allow you to add and remove it as you need.

Adding to what @Benjamin says, click on the name of your field type of document in the view you captured in your screenshot. In that screen, it is possible to add an alias to the actual custom field in Jira. By editing it, you may very well find out that the custom field is known in Jira under a different name. That may help you locate the actual feld.
