I have set up my automation and its all the way to where I have to tell the system what I want to do.
I want that when the status of the issue = ABC the due date field's value is removed/cleared. I looked through the help text and didn't see it.
Anyone have any ideas?

Believe it or not I found the answer right after I posted this question...
I just tried {{clear}} and it worked!!

That is helpful, but does anyone know what it would be the equivalent for the advanced. e.g. if it is a another customer field rather than Due date?

my guess is that {{clear}} will work on all fields. {{clear}} does not meet any specific date formats, so I think you'd have success with a user picker. I am about to try it for myself, and will report back :)
