How to tag customers who didn't issue the ticket but should be getting notification from customers?

How I can notify "ping" or make watchers persons from customer organizations, who are customers but didn't issue the specific ticket in concern?

Hello @johanna welcome to the community, you should add those users as requested participant so they will get notifications and will be able to see the ticket

Thank you for quick reply. How do I do that, what are the steps to be taken?

sorry for the delay @johanna the field should be listed next to the reporter/assignee fields if you can't see it then you might need to add it to the screen.
