How to show only 3 option of Prority

I don wanna have option to select 1 of 5 options os prority in Jira. I just wanna to show 3 basics. HIGH MID LOW. How can i hide others options. 

But, i cannot delete other because Other projects uses 5 options of priority.

In Server, you have the Priority Scheme. But if you're on Cloud, this is not possible. :(

No priority scheme in Cloud. Here's a feature request to bring this to cloud: 

• JRACLOUD-3821: Priorities per Project and Resolutions per Issue Type

I can see the status is under consideration, so let's watch that ticket!
