I would like to setup a Group User and assign it to a certain user so this user can decide how can work on the issue within his team.
How can I do it using the Cloud Service Desk?

Not sure I understand the question. You can create a group by going to Jira settings > user management > groups. You can then add users to the group. All of this can only be done by a user with admin permissions.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
