How to setup Global Service Desk

Can anyone guide where I can find video / guide helping me to setup global service desk for the company starting with two desk 1) IT service desk  2) HR Service desk. Each desk will have Internal, external customers and service agents. Based on customer type, we will have different request type. Each type should have multiple issue type. I will prefer to start with maximum standard options already part of ISD with few mandatory additions in setup.
