How to set reporter during create issue with Jira rest api?

Hi,

I’m calling rest/api/servicedeskapi/request to create issue and I’d like to add the reporter at the time the request is created. JIRA is synced with Active Directory and reporters login to JIRA via active directory user name and password. Login name is number(Personal code) in JIRA.

Users name are Personal code in source application(same number). But the source system does not use Active Directory for login and has its own user management.

In this situation, how can I set a reporter via rest api during create isssue?

Hi

If you use the user account to create the request, it will set the reporter.
