How to set initially displayed queue

Hi,

I create new queue in Service Requests.

I want to display this queue when user log in.

How to set initially displayed this queue?

Is there a specific queue that is initially displayed by default?

Please let me know if you know about this one as well.

Welcome to the community !

You can use the shortcut as shown in the screenshot.

This way it will be shown in the initial display.
