How to select Collaborator section in People option in Configuration project

Hello everyone. How can I select Collaborator section in JSM? I don't see that section in People option.

I would like to add a collaborator in my JSM but there isn't that section "Collaborator" in Configuration project>People option in my JSM as it's said in documentation I've read......

How can I do it?

Hi @Juan José Balcázar Fernández and welcome to the Community!

A collaborator in JSM is a member of the Service Desk Team role that does not have an agent license.

As long as you have users with a valid license to another Jira product (e.g. Jira Software), they will get limited permissions to your JSM project if you add them to the same role. The difference with agents is made by the JSM license agents have, which allows them to edit issues, share public comments with customers, transition issues, log time against issues and manage assets.
