We imported our Zendesk tickets into Jira Servicedesk, including organizations and customers, but now we find out that we have trouble sending invites to the customers. We disabled the create account notifications during import. How do we reinvite the customers now?
I tried adding the same email address to the organization in the hope it would send a new invite, but that doesn't work.

On Jira Service Management, currently, there is no option to resent an invitation to a customer.
There is a feature request suggesting this improvement:

For now, the workaround is to send an email to the customers with the link to the portal (https://xxxxxx.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals) and ask them to click on “Forgot your password?”.
They will receive this notification:
After that, they will be able to log in normally to the portal.
