How to put the IN PROGRESS to RESOLVED time in the Qeue headers

Dear Community, please give me a hand here.

 

We would like to contrast the times Agents log into the Time line against the time when the agent set the issue status from (IN PROGRESS to RESOLVED).

 

We saw that we can get the times from (OPEN to IN PROGRESS) and (OPEN to RESOLVED) but not (IN PROGRESS to RESOLVED).

 

Can you please let me know how we can add field with this time in particular?
