Hi,
I am currently playing around with the latest version of JIRA service management (4.15).
This is the version where voting by customers is enabled.
At the moment I am stuck on the part on how to present the issues from a project to vote on.
With the settings I found you could either see your own issues (no point in having voting options on those) and the options within my own organization.
As a company, we would like to open up a large set of issues to our customers so they could vote on the most wanted issues. I would suspect this is the whole point of voting.
Anyone any idea on how to achieve this?
One of the Ideas I had is creating an organization to which I add all customers and add this organization to all issues which could be public and are open for voting. This means, In our case, I need to add customers to two different organizations. This way I will lose the functionality to automatically open the issue to the organization you belong to as this will only work if you are added to a single organization.
Thanks
Laura
