We currently have a project configured in Jira Service Desk through email request, where it is received by mail an incident (an outlook account) and created automatically, our IT area recently informed us that the POP3 / IMAP4 protocols are no longer going to be authorized and will be discontinued.
Are you already working on an alternative to replace these protocols?
