How to identify which user deleted an attachment on a Issue? Or under a comment? Edited

We have an issue where customer provided certain details. Some how those details were missing on the Issue. When the customer re submitted the details which this time were attached in the comments that attachment to was deleted by certain user. We want to identify who it was that deleted attachment on the issue and its comment.

@Sam Neilson -

When comments or attachements are deleted from the the issue, you should be able to access the issue from the JSD project (not from portal UI), and then go to the "Activity" section >> All tab of the specific issue - From the tab you will see the actor who deleted the content.  This is the default audit tracking in Jira/JSM env automatically.  No one can change the audit once the actions are conducted against the issue within the UI.

See example below

Hope this helps.
