Hello,
Need help please,
Is it possible to hide a customer form so that it is not visible via the portal, but with a direct link it can be accessed and requests created?

I'd like it to be accessible only if customers have the link.
Tryed with removing groups and it is hidden but with the direct link it shows the error this request doesn't exist.
Can you help me to achieve this goal please?
Regards

Hola  @Valiantys Support

To make a form invisible on the help portal but still accessible via a direct link, I would try configuring issue security.

Each request type linked to your help portal allows you to define who can see the forms and who cannot. My recommendation is to use organizations to set access restrictions.

To configure this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Project settings > Request types.
  2. Select the relevant form.
  3. Click on the lock icon in the top right corner.
  4. Restrict access to specific users or organizations to prevent the form from being visible on the help portal.

This way, only those with the direct link will be able to access the form.

I have attached some examples below in the form of images to what i am referring to.

Clarification: I'm not sure if this will work for certain, but testing it won't hurt. On the other hand, with email requests, you can't hide who can see them; it must be another type of request.
