Hi, I am using JIRA Service Management for my company's field service. After the field engineer fixed the issue on-site, the engineer needs to issue an inspection checked items list and capture the customer's signature by using the JIRA Mobile App.

- Mobility for Jira Portal: for Service Management client accessing your service desk portal
Both apps are used in use cases similar to yours and we support a variety of mobile specific features such as QR code scanning, approvals, etc.
