I am looking for a way to get my service desk updates as rss feed in my thunderbird rss client or other rss reader applications. Is this possible? If yes then how to achieve this ?

Hello @SayedZaman ,

What you are trying to achieve is currently not possible OOB. We have the the below feature request open in our system since quite some time but as  you can see it didn't manage to get enough traction so far (2 votes):

You may want to vote and watch the above feature request so that you will get notified in case of any update (see the Implementation of New Features Policy for details).

Possible alternatives are:

  • Subscribe to a search result to get the updates by email as explained in: Work with search result

    Email

Your search must be saved as a filter if you want to create an email subscription for it. You can create a subscription of any frequency for yourself and/or other users. Only the first 200 results of a filter are sent.

    1. Run the filter that you want to subscribe to, then click Details (next to the filter name).
    2. Fill in the Filter subscription form and click Subscribe.

  • Search the Atlassian Marketplace for any that offers similar functionalities: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/

Cheers,
Dario
