How to generate the customer survey form asking the feedback questions and the customer should receive email notification with the link and he should be able to click on the link and provide the feedback.

 

How can i implement this for IT Team. Can anyone please help me to figure it out

Hi @sbandarupalli 

I think you need CSAT.

This documentation will be useful for you https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/jira-service-desk-evaluator-resources/jira-service-desk-customer-satisfaction-surveys-csat

But it is available only for the server version.
