Hi,
About a week ago I was able to create a project using a previous project as a template. I used to select the "Advanced" option then select the "Share settings of an existing project". Now there is no "Advanced" option and when I click "Share settings of an existing project" it does not give me any projects to select from.
What happened to the "Advanced" option and how can I create a project using a previous project's template?
Thank you.
In Cloud, the "Share settings with an existing project" setting is available as a check box in Create Classic Project menu dialog:
But, if you have this:
You're on create a next gen project dialog. The "Share settings with an existing project" settings would not be available here. Make sure to create a classic project if you'd like to use the "Share settings with an existing project" settings.
HI Hazwan,
I have the first option. Before there use to be a check box for "Advanced" now there is not. When I check the "share settings with an existing project" none of the projects that are already there show up in the drop down menu. I even try typing it in but nothing shows up. And when I check that box I cannot click on the "Create" button because it is grayed out.
Please help.
Thank you.

Hmmm.. interesting. is the other project accessible to you? If yes, you may want to get Atlassian Support to check your configuration here.

Hi Hazwan,
I am a site admin and I can see and access all projects.
How do I get Atlassian support?
Thank you

Hii @Fahad Akhtar
When you want create new project, you don't see shared configuration at the bottom of pop up page? ( where you want to choose the project type)
