Whenever I update the ticket content in Jira, the relevant personnel cannot receive email reminders (including myself)? How to configure this function?
Welcome to the community. In addition to what @Ollie Guan mentioned, another thing you should look into is the project's notification scheme. You can configure the scheme to include the relevant personnels to be notified when issue is updated. NOTE - This is related to the system notification and where those users should have access to the issues via the portal UI.
Are you referring to the customers of the issue or someone else when you mentioned "relevant personnels"?
