At the moment, when a customer receives an email from jira, if the action that cause the email to be sent was from an agent doing an update on the ticket, the customer gets an email from "Agent Name <jira@xxx.atlassian.net>. Is it possible change it so that the email the customer seen is from "Project Name <jira@xxx.atlassian.net>?
