How to change the language of the 'Activate your account'-email

Hi,

How can I change the default language of the 'Activate your account'-email that members receive when setting up an account?

The default language of the project in question is set to Norwegian. I am aware that the members can change their own language preferences, but this will be after activating the account, after receiving the email in English.

Is it possible to change the default language somewhere so that this email will be sent in our preferred language?
