Up until this week, I was able to do this. Since the SD Email Request layout has changed, I am not able to change (or even view) the request type that is linked to my custom email addresses in any Service Desk Project.
Any guidance would be helpful.

Hi. I am trying to do the same. When I click on the ellipses, I only have the first two options in your screen shot. I do not have configure email request types. Do you have any other suggestions?

The only thing that I can see that is different about my JSD setup is that I also have a connected mail account rather than just the Jira provided email address.
