For some reason, my JSD project (v4.6.0) has buttons (Share With Customer and Comment Internally) for comments instead of tabs. I'd rather use tabs, how can this be done.
@Chris G_ it's worth noting that this comment format was changed as a part of a project updating the JSM issue view's UI. This moved from the old tab format (see below) to the new comment format you've shared. This specifically resolved a problem where we saw a lot of customers accidentally responding to a customer when they intended to only post an internal comment.
The older 'tab' view still exists on transition screens such as this:

I have a question about this. We have a customer who still has this old tab format with Jira 9.12.15 / JSM 4.12.15. How can we help the customer switch to the new button format.
