How to attach a file to an Insight object type?

I am new to Assets/Insight.  I would like to know how to attach a file/pdf to an Insight object - what kind of attribute can be used?  Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Hi @Sandra Lawrence ,

AFAIK there isn't a separate attribute for attachments.
You should be able to drop attachments to any object in the detail view.
