Hi,
We currently have an internal service desk project and we have permission set to "Anyone with an account on https://xyz.atlassian.net". This works great as we automatically provision accounts from AAD and use SSO so new staff can start using the portal without being invited.
I'm trying to create a separate project/portal for external customers and allow anyone to register. This requires that I make a global change to "Can customers create their own accounts? = Yes. However, that will allow external customers to access all of my portals.
It appears that I could change the permissions on my internal service desk project to "Customers my team adds to the project" but then I'm stuck inviting individual users/customers so they can access this.
Is there another way to manage permissions and keep external users separate and limited to a project/portal?
Thanks
