Hi @YEW JOON KHONG,

It's quite simple :).

Please edit your workflow, click on the transition you want to display on the Customer Portal and check the box "Show route in the customer portal" and save the workflow.

The reopen button will then appear for the user.

Cheers!

About this I have a question, is there any way to make it required to comment in the comment box that appears after hitting the reopen button?

Please I would greatly appreciate your help!

Right now the comment box has a caption that says optional, I need to change it required.

Please I would greatly appreciate your help!

Field Confrigration > Search "Comment" Field > Click Required infront of it
