How to add feedback to the issue through the interface.

We know that after the issue is completed, JSM will send an email to the problem creator for feedback. But I want to send a link directly to user feedback without opening an email.

I know the cloud deployment interface document has this,

but I deploy it locally. 

can you tell me ? thanks!
