When I create an article from Jira ticket to KEDB confluence, I need to choose a template, however, there are only 2 templates as shown: Troubleshooting and How-to, what if I want to put my own template to this list?

I don't think this is an option within server/DC. In Cloud you are redirect to the Confluence KB space and able to select any template
