When a customer closes the ticket in Jira Service Desk they fill out a summary form asking about their experience. I need to add a secondary summary form in Spanish. I have looked under the language settings but only see the ability to translate the initial request form the customer fills out when they create a ticket.
How do I add another summary form that is filled out when the ticket transitions to closed?
Hi @Paige Annunziato what you are looking at is the app ProForma, which adds Forms to Jira. I'm the Product Manager for ProForma.
You can certainly add a second form; however, a Project Admin will need to build the form template for you (or you can if you have the appropriate permissions by going to Project Settings > Forms).
When designing the form the questions will need to be written in Spanish and you should ensure that the form language is set to Spanish so that all of the validation messages are also displayed in Spanish. Here is a quick video showing you how to do this.
