I am looking for a way to collect Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score when a ticket is closed. Ideally, an email would be sent out with the survey/questions and the data would be collected on the customers ticket. Does anyone know of an application that would allow me to collect both CSAT and NPS, as well as automating the surveying being sent out on closure?
Obviously, I would highly recommend you to look into Surveys for JSM by ServiceRocket which allow you to build the required survey to measure industry-standard metrics like NPS, CSAT and CES.
