How make attachment visible in customer portal by using jira library

Hi we are using Jira Library.
With this when we are adding attachments to the ticket the Jira Library is default adding that image to the add internally option. So, this attachment is not visible to the customer.
 When we add an attachment manually it will ask us to make the attachment it will ask to share it with the customer or share it internally, when we have selected share to the customer only the customer can see that attachment.
How to make this attachment visible to the customer by using the Jira library.
When an attachment is added to the issue Is there any automation rule possibility to make that attachment visible to the customer?
