How do you embed an image to an notification email on JSD Cloud?

I've embed an image into the Notification email template on JSD Cloud using

When I test it I can't see the image? Is it possible to embed an image into Notifications?

Thank you for reaching out.

I believe that Jira template is not being able to properly render the image due to some setting or encode used by Imgur.

In order to check if that's the case, please try the steps below:

1. Navigate to https://imgur.com/a/XXXXX and download the image in your computer
2. Crea te new issue in your site and ensure the issue is accessible by all logged-in Jira users
3. Upload the image as an attachment to that Jira Issue > right-click on the image > copy the image URL.
4. Add the image URL to the notification, using the correct HTML structure as you did in your screenshot (<img src="url to the image"></img>)
   

Additionally to the tests above, can you please confirm if the same problem happens to other public images in Imgur? Although the email preview is displayed without the image, please send a test email and confirm if the issue reproduces.

I tried your steps but I still get the same error

EDIT:
Changing from a SVG to PNG fixed this.
