Trying to switch our account so anyone from our company can access the service desk portal without having to login or creating an account. Does anyone know how to do this?
Another thing for your consideration (if you use Atlassian Access using your company's own IDPs for users), if this is the case, you can setup your own AD groups for your company and sync them into your JSM cloud environment.
Afterward, at the project level - you can still maintain who can access your JSM project with the following Customer permissions setup as below -
Just add your company users to the project's ServiceDesk Customers role which allows them to access the Portal UI for the specific JSM project.
The key is that he/she will still required to log-in to the system. In my opinion this is a part of security that you should follow as a best practice.
Hope this makes sense. This is my 2-cents.

Hello @Brandon Linn
Welcome to the community.
Are you working with JSM Cloud or JSM Server/Data Center?

Hello @Brandon Linn
But is it Atlassian Cloud hosted or self hosted?
Is the URL similar to this?
https://<something>.atlassian.net
If it is, that is Atlassian Cloud hosted. If it is not, then it is self hosted.

No problem, @Brandon Linn . We all have to start somewhere :-)
When posting a question it is fairly important that you include the hosting type as the functionality of products hosted in Atlassian Cloud vs. self hosted can be very different.
This is the reference document for setting up portal access, specifically linking to the section on how to set up access so your portal does not require a login.
Note that this would make it so nobody would have to login to access your portal. That would not be limited only to the people within your company.
