I am really stuck with this one, how do I setup a login-free portal for Jira Service Desk Cloud?

I'm also stuck here... have been trying to find the steps from this documentation:

But this post is outdated...

Cannot find:
 > Applications > JIRA Service Desk Configuration > Customer permissions. 

Anyone?

I managed to find it

1. Open Jira Service Desk
2. Open the Cog (top right in the new view)
3. Click Products
4. Click Configuration under Jira Service Desk title on the left pane
5. The settings can be found here
